More aerobic and physically demanding, but with a meditative edge at the end. Each session is different every time. Based on Kundalini Yoga sequences, each session features breathwork, a relaxation and has a specific theme, everything from heart opening and boosting the immune system, to strengthening the abs and detoxification. This site features a short sample class, but you can purchase more pre records from The Secret Breath + Stretch Society portal or even better join a live class!
